Payment is avaliable only in cash.
The scooters are handed over at 18:00 (the evening before the first rent day). The scooters should be returned before 17:30 on the last rent day.

We try to act as pro-client as possible. If the damage is not within the amount of the deposit, then you will be charged the cost of the repair + labour and the rest of the deposit refunded.
If the bike is not booked for the following date, arrangements can always be made.
If you are not in danger and the bike is still drivable, just give us a call and we will sort everything out when you return the bike. Otherwise, call the police, ambulance and then us.
We will rent equipment for you and a passenger free of charge for each scooter. We are happy to lend you a helmet, gloves and suitcases. As well as safety locks and a mobile phone holder.
